Snow Overview - Italy  (snow news updated 16-May-2012)

The Presena Glacier (350cm) is open for skiing with great conditions for the time of year. Sunny skies on Monday 14th May made for a great days skiing with good snow conditions. Cervinia and Val Senales are yet to open for their summer ski season.

European Weather Outlook

Unfortunately it is set to be a wet and rainy week for the majority of European resorts. The good news is that snow may fall at a handful of higher altitude resorts in France, Italy and Switzerland. For instance, Chamonix and Nendaz could enjoy 11cm on Wednesday 2nd May.
